• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must, before making an offer, inspect the premises and any company documents and paperwork relating to the lot. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty from the seller and there is no right of exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note that each successful bid may carry its own collection fee; if you have multiple purchases, a collection fee applies to each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Goods are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Please always verify any matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection (MOT) information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the end of the auction, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect items in time, a storage charge of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each started day beyond the collection period.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the end of the auction, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no right of exchange or return

• the lot is sold on an "as is" basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction's end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
