• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Items come directly from use or storage and have been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the premises, company documents and records related to the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or returns on the item for sale. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pick-up and payment instructions that will be emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple auctions, the collection fee applies to each lot. • 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible value added tax, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any matters related to your purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the items.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the end of the auction, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect items within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each commenced day of delay beyond the collection period.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction end, the buyer is deemed to have forfeited their purchase without right to reimbursement. The goods revert to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• offers are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold as is, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
