• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑checked. They are sold directly from use in their current state. Items come from active use or storage. The item has been photographed and described by the seller for the listing. It has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the premises and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during a pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee applies to each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include reclaimable value‑added tax (VAT), nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate – please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before buying. Before deciding, always check all relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the end of the auction, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collection takes place on weekdays.

• Late collection fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (total €50.20) will be charged for each started day beyond the collection period.

• Uncollected items
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to refund. The item returns to the seller’s control and may be re‑sold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re‑sell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the new lower sale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

• bids are binding and items are not eligible for exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller confirms that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
