• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage in their current condition. The items have been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the lot, any company documents and papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been discovered during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item carries no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may show defects or be incomplete.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection status via the public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will pass to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction's end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collections are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) per commenced day will be charged for each day beyond the collection period.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction's end, the buyer is considered to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction's end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
