• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed and described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been checked by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before placing a bid, the bidder must inspect the item, the company documents and related papers. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been discovered during the pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without a seller’s warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and fees” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults and missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Pickup times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each started day of delay.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is deemed to have forfeited the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller’s control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms that apply to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and the item is not subject to exchange or return

• the item is sold as is, but the listing provider is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
