The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 16/11/2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether to accept the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit into the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. Further payment details will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

Payment time of up to four weeks may be granted for the balance of the purchase price, if necessary. The payment period must be agreed separately. If additional payment time is used, annual interest pursuant to section 3(2) of the Interest Act must be paid on the entire purchase price for the agreed payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. The written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction. The bid must be submitted by 12:00 on 12/11/2026 to the Turku office of the Enforcement Authority, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The buyer will acquire title to the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only once the sale has become legally final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
