The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on www.huutokaupat.com. Registration is required to participate. The sale ends on 13/11/2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer separately decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer separately decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

However, the enforcement officer may not accept the highest bid if, in the officer’s assessment, the bid is clearly below the property’s fair local market value.

Payment terms:

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price into the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the balance of the purchase price, if necessary. Use of the payment period must be agreed separately. If the payment period is used, annual interest must be paid on the full purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. The interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.5%.

The buyer is liable to pay transfer tax of 1.5%. The tax is calculated on the total of the purchase price and the obligations transferred to the buyer, as at the date ownership is transferred.

The buyer obtains ownership of the shares, and the deed of sale is handed over to the buyer only once the sale decision has become legally final and the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full.
