The properties will be sold by ascending bid in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 21.09.2026 - 13.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 13.10.2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer for the joint sale of the properties via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The offer must be submitted no later than 09.10.2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written offer.

The properties are mutually encumbered. Under Chapter 5, Section 61 of the Enforcement Code, the debtor’s jointly mortgaged properties are first offered together and then separately. Separate bids are accepted if they exceed the joint bid or if the debtor so requests and all preferential claims and the applicant’s claim are covered.

For this reason, two separate bidding procedures will be held for the properties. The enforcement officer offers the jointly mortgaged properties for joint sale on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Separate bids cannot be made electronically on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Any separate bids for the properties must be submitted in writing by 14.10.2026 at 12:00 to the office of the Enforcement Authority, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written purchase offer.

Separate bids must specify, by property identifier, which property the bid concerns. Submitted separate bids will not be published separately. If separate bids rise higher than the joint bid, the highest bidder of the joint bid will still be given the opportunity to submit separate bids.
