Foreclosed properties in Salo with joint offer, Salo

The property will be sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 16.10.2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether the highest bid is accepted.

Utmätt objekt säljs genom försäljning under hand som förrättas av utmätningsmannen på nätsidan www.huutokaupat.com. Försäljningstiden går ut 16.10.2026 kl. 13:00 eller två minuter efter det sista köpeanbudet. Utmätningsmannen beslutar separat huruvida det högsta budet skall godkännas eller förkastas.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a 20% deposit of the purchase price into the Enforcement Agency's official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, a payment period of four weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest must be paid on the full purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the incrementing auction system. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 14.10.2026 at 12:00 at the address below

A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

Om det inte är möjligt att lämna bud via tjänsten Huutokaupat.com, kan köparkandidaten lämna ett skriftligt bud till utmätningsmannen. Budet ansluts till nätauktionen som ett maximibud enligt höjningsautomaten. Budet ska lämnas i skriftlig form till utsökningsverket senast 14.10.2026 kl. 12:00 på adressen nedan

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a complete description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before submitting a bid.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration, unless the buyer is exempt from paying transfer tax. 

The buyer acquires title to the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
