from 21 September 2026 to 13 October 2026. Participation in the auction

requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 13 October 2026 at 13:00

or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer

decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay

the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered

purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective

buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included

in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding automation. The written

offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount of the

offer and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written

purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 12:00 on the day before the sale ends to the Kuopio office of the Enforcement Authority, address Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
