The object is sold by increasing bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 10 September 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and is sold by open sale carried out by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer informs the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer pays the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. When the payment is visible in the official funds account, the enforcement officer issues a sale decision, which is delivered to the parties concerned. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

If payment is not made within the specified time, annual default interest will be charged thereafter.

Object's terms of sale

The enforcement officer reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment function. The bid must be submitted in writing to the enforcement service no later than 8 September 2026 at 16:15 to the address Enforcement Authority / Kajaani office, Lönnrotinkatu 2 A, 4th floor, 87101 KAJAANI or oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies.

The property has been seized and is sold under hand through the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, as applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
