Seized forest property with its own shoreline and lakeside sauna, Kuopio

The property will be sold by ascending bid in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 03.09.2026 and 23.09.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for bids is 23.09.2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction.
