The deadline for submitting offers ends on 06.09.2026 at 18.00, or three minutes after the last accepted offer.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 02.09.2026 at 12.00 to the Enforcement Agency's Lahti office, address Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest offer made. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The Enforcement Agency is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the offer that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
