Terms of Sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Offers must be submitted by the specified deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting a bid to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
Viewing the property
Before submitting a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and that may be assumed to affect the transaction.
Conclusion of the sale
The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee of the conveyance witness is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at any given time.
Withdrawing from the sale
Under the Land Code, a party that refuses to complete the sale must compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property, and other necessary measures related to the transaction.
