Seized forest property with buildings in dilapidated condition (approx. 29.10 hectares), Sastamala

The property will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 29 July 2026 and 23 August 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 15:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under the Enforcement Code (Chapter 5, Section 25).

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be submitted no later than 20 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority at:

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid was accepted as highest and give detailed instructions on paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with the Enforcement Code (Chapter 5, Section 76), and, where applicable, the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code.
