Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 20/08/2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the bidding deadline.
