The deadline for submitting bids ends on 30 August 2026 at 13:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

A written purchase offer may also be made for the property by 26 August 2026 at 12:00. See the sales brochure for detailed instructions.

NOTE: The property in question is jointly encumbered with properties 398-33-278-7 and 398-33-278-8. Those properties are also for sale in separate listings on huutokaupat.com on 30 August 2026. If a buyer wishes to make a joint offer for all three properties as referred to in Chapter 5, section 61 of the Enforcement Code, the offer must be made in writing following the instructions above for written purchase offers. Separate offers will be accepted if they exceed the joint offer or if required by the debtor and if all preferential claims and the applicant's claims are covered. If a joint offer is accepted, the payment terms of this sales brochure shall apply to the purchase price.

Submitted joint offers will not be published separately.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
