Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to enter all bids into the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property in question, the documents and the records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Concluding the transaction

The transfer of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place of signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee of the conveyance witness is paid equally by the seller and the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at any given time.

Withdrawing from the transaction

A party that refuses to proceed with the transaction must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
