Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, on the basis of the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to the sale.
