Concluding the sale
The successful bidder undertakes to pay the estate a deposit for the property transaction, amounting to 10% of the bid price. The deposit will be invoiced within 5 days of the auction ending. The property sale must be completed in the form required by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the remaining purchase price takes place at the signing.

Other terms
The buyer accepts the property in the condition it is in at the time of sale. The buyer assumes responsibility for any costs related to investigations, cleaning and other measures concerning the condition of the soil on the property. The estate is not liable for any possible contamination of the soil or for any restoration costs or other damages arising from it.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time. The buyer is responsible for the fee of the public purchase witness.
The buyer is responsible for any costs arising from reactivating the property's water and electricity connections.

Withdrawing from the sale
If the buyer withdraws from the sale, the deposit will not be refunded. In addition, the party refusing to proceed with the sale must, under the Finnish Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, viewing the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
