The deadline for submitting offers ends on 30.08.2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

It is also possible to submit a written purchase offer for the property by 26.08.2026 at 12:00. Further instructions are in the sales brochure.

NOTE: The property in question is jointly mortgaged with properties 398-33-278-8 and 398-33-278-9. These properties are also for sale in separate sale notices on huutokaupat.com on 30.08.2026. If the buyer wishes to make a combined offer for all three properties as referred to in Chapter 5, Section 61 of the Enforcement Code, the offer must be made in writing in accordance with the above instructions for submitting a written purchase offer. Separate offers will be accepted if they exceed the combined offer or if the debtor so requests and all preferential claims and the applicant's claims are covered. If the combined offer is accepted, the payment terms in this sales brochure apply to payment of the purchase price.

Submitted combined offers will not be published separately.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest offer made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the offer that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
