This property will be sold to the highest bidder! Now offered: the old Lapaluoto school building, in the middle of Lapaluoto's compact and idyllic residential community.

The seafront and fishing harbour are very close. The building's gross floor area is approximately 1,036 m² (excluding basement) and it was built in three phases; the oldest log‑framed section was likely constructed around the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, the first extension around 1920 and the second extension in the 1970s. The building has been left unheated for several years and is in poor condition. The property is therefore sold as demolition‑condition/unsuitable for renovation. The seller has no liability for the property after the sale.

The previous owner applied for a demolition permit for the extension parts, which has already expired. According to that permit, the old log side facing Satamakatu, approximately 200 m², must be preserved (there is a statement from the Heritage Agency) and the extension parts may be demolished (under certain conditions). The new owner must apply for a new demolition permit and a statement from the Heritage Agency. The property's electricity connection is active (maintained); there are no other utility connections.
