Bids are made for the purchase price to be paid to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations falling to the buyer are listed in the sales prospectus under obligations and rights transferred to the buyer.

Bids are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
