The property will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 14 July 2026 and 4 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 4 August 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 30 July 2026 at 12:00 to the address below:

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates.

The assets are seized and sold by a public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not constitute a comprehensive description of the property.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before submitting a bid.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any sale‑related or pre‑sale action must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions on how to appeal are attached to the sales decision.
