• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
