• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are from direct use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition assessor, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder has a duty to inspect the item and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a circumstance that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold carries no seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Offers are binding.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. The goods are not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so please check the products carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. For overdue collection a charge of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before making an offer.
