• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been subject to a formal condition inspection. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items are sold as used or from storage. The item has been described for the sale listing by the seller. As the item has not been inspected by an independent assessor, hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, the company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been noticed during the pre-bid inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without a seller warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The auction must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pick-up and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all matters related to your purchase decision beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If a buyer withdraws from the purchase, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

And please note that:

• read the listing and the information provided about the item before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as seen", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) business days of the end of the auction, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
