• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder is obliged before making an offer to inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been detected during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if there are multiple winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new, so faults or missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any matters related to the purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle-related tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before submitting an offer.

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding, and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
