The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: Before placing a bid, the bidder must inspect the lot, any company-related documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any warranty from the seller and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and shortages may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. For late collection a charge of €50 per day + VAT will be applied.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws from the purchase, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
