The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related paperwork before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest.
