The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item: The bidder is obliged to inspect the relevant unit, the company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check the goods carefully before purchasing. Please always check all relevant matters related to the purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within a week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
