• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, as-is. Items are from direct use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the item, company documents and related records. The buyer cannot later rely on something that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions provided in the huutokaupat.com email. Please note each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before buying. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for ensuring the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
