• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, related documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own pick-up fee; if there are multiple winning bids, a pick-up fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Items Goods originate from the bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any related matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms of sale before making an offer.

• offers are binding, and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing
