• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: The bidder must inspect the lot, the company documents and related records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on something that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or right of return for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid for and a receipt emailed within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you have multiple successful bids, a collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Products: The items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check matters related to your purchase decision, for example: vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and any potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle fitness: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
