Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by leaving an offer with the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By making a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

The bidder must inspect the property, documents and papers before bidding. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

Seller's information

The seller warrants having given the buyer all information known to the seller that could reasonably affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The transfer of real estate must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The signing time and place of the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion. Completion no later than 15 June 2026; a 4% sanction on any cancellation of the sale applies to both buyer and seller. The fee for the certifying official will be shared equally by seller and buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to applicable tax rules.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary steps related to the sale.
