The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. Further information is in the sales brochure.

Bids concern the purchase price payable in full to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations that transfer to the buyer are listed in the sales brochure under 'obligations and rights transferring to the buyer'.

Bids are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
