Seized property will be sold by the enforcement officer by private sale on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com.

Bidding period ends on 05 June 2026 at 11:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number the offer concerns. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 03 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, PO Box 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority, or by email to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
