The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 27 April and 21 May 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on Thursday 21 May 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system shows as the highest accepted.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00), or by e-mail to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.
