The deadline for submitting offers expires on 31/05/2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under the Enforcement Code, chapter 5, section 25.

If it is not possible to make an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the identity and contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, by no later than 27/05/2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may at its discretion extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any charges that may apply to the transfer of utility contracts.

The property is sold in an online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 31/05/2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction has been placed.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by no later than 27/05/2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
