Seized holiday cottage and sauna in Salosaari, Mikkeli, Mikkeli

The property is sold by rising bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 12 May 2026 and 04 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids: the auction ends on 04 June 2026 at 15:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system performance. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer according to the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 02 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Mikkeli office, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50101 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: Sale reference 6760000577).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The property is seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the bailiff, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the sale item, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions will be attached to the sale decision.
