The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale arranged by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Act, following the general auction terms laid down in the Act. Offers concern the purchase price to be paid to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations that transfer to the buyer are listed in the sales prospectus under 'obligations and rights transferring to the buyer'.

Offers are binding. If a submitted offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Act.
