The item has been described by the seller for the listing. It has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot and any company documents before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle obligations: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
