• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been subject to a condition inspection. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items are from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the premises and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later refer to a matter that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by e-mail from huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and omissions may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle responsibilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws from the purchase, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the original price and the resale price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

•   inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

•   bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

•   the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

•   if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
