• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current state. Goods come directly from use or storage. The lot has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the premises and any company documents and papers. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if there are multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when making an offer. The goods are not new, so faults and omissions may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Before purchase always check all relevant matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection records via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and any lower selling price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and the lot has no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller guarantees that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not inform of acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction's end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
