• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come from use or storage and were photographed for the listing by the seller. The item has not been examined by a condition assessor, so hidden defects not apparent in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder must inspect the room and any company documents and papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each lot carries its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and charges” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Items come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all potentially relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and MOT details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applying to this auction before bidding.

And please note that:

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as seen, but the advertiser warrants that the information in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
