• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The seller photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been examined by an independent inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding: The bidder must inspect the item and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer may not later claim something that could have been noticed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller offers no warranty, exchange or right of return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. Items must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Products: Items come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicles’ tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information via Traficom’s public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
