• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. It has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden faults not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim on a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-sale inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or returns. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com email. Note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Products: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchanges or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify matters related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, machine condition, and potential hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Cancellation of purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the original price and the lower sale price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and applicable sales conditions before bidding.
