The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders are required to inspect the premises, company documents and papers relating to the item before bidding. The buyer cannot later refer to any matter that could have been observed during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item is sold without any seller warranty, exchange or right of return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Origin of goods The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always check all relevant matters before bidding, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be tested, untested or may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and will charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
