Parilato with Carport is every detached-house owner’s dream. This outbuilding combines all storage needs. Park your car under the carport and on both sides you still have plenty of storage space for small machines, garden tools, toys and sledges, skis, firewood and all the odd bits you don’t want to throw away.

The three-part Parilato consists of two 10.5 m² storage rooms with an 11.3 m² carport between them. A tall vehicle will fit in the carport: the opening height at the front is 2200 mm and at the rear 1700 mm. The storage doors are generously sized and delivered assembled, so you won’t have to stoop much – the door height is 1800 mm.

Workshop or woodstore – make it both!

The monopitch-roofed quality barn offers many uses. One storage room can be used for firewood and the other as a workshop. It’s easy to add electricity to the Parilato so you get lights, and you can even install a charging point for a hybrid or electric car in the carport. The Parilato with Carport adapts to your needs.

Mould won’t thrive in the slatted barn

The ventilated structure of the slatted barn is a great invention. Your items are protected, but the space ventilates efficiently, allowing moisture to move in and out. Firewood will continue to dry in the slatted barn and exhaust fumes ventilate away from machines and during entry or exit. Thanks to this ventilation, mould does not start to thrive in these barns, provided you still treat or paint the wood.

Finish it as you like

Log barns can look stylish with a personalised surface treatment. Treat the barn with a wood preservative or paint it to match the house or cottage. You can also have fun and make the barn a bright feature of your yard by using vivid colours or painting the door a striking focal point.

Sheet roofing at a good price

The roofing material is not included in the basic delivery and must be ordered separately. A complete sheet-roof package includes the roofing, ridge and verge sheets and the necessary screws. For an extra charge you can also change the colour. Available colours are red, tile-red, brown, green and grey.

Someone is always on call

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka someone is always on call. We offer customer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week – as is now called 24/7. Few people build at night, but we will answer if something about assembly puzzles you. The assembly instructions included with the kits help with construction and you can also find assembly videos on YouTube to aid understanding. You won’t be left alone with your outbuilding – we are here to support you!
