• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been subject to a condition inspection. They are sold as used, in their current condition. The goods are offered as taken from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the sales listing. As the product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the item, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been detected during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller for the sold item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each lot. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check the items carefully before purchasing. Before buying, always verify any related matters such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the offered price and the resale price if lower, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

•     • Bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return the item

•     • The item is sold "as is" – however, the seller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information given in the listing

•     • If the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder
