• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference if the resale price is lower, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.
